The terms for using ts.co.ua: how we provide services, how orders are agreed, who owns the materials, and the limits of our liability.

General
This document covers use of the ts.co.ua website (“the site”) and outlines the basic terms of engagement with TechSolutions (“we”). By using the site, you accept these terms.
Our services
We provide:
- Shopify store development and custom themes;
- WMS implementation on the Fiftify platform;
- AI solutions for e-commerce;
- audits, consulting, integrations, and ongoing support.
The site is a presentation of these services and a contact point for prospective clients.
Engagement and payment
All engagements are formalized via a separate contract. The site is not an online ordering or payment platform. Submitting the contact form is a request for a discovery call, not a binding commitment from either party.
Pricing, timelines, and payment terms are agreed individually in a proposal after a project discovery call.
Intellectual property
All site materials (copy, design, code, graphics) are the intellectual property of TechSolutions or used with permission of the rights holders. Copying, distribution, or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.
Deliverables produced for a client under a project contract are handed over per the terms of that contract.
Limitation of liability
Information on the site is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee error-free or uninterrupted availability. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses related to using the site or our services.
External links
The site may link to third-party resources (Shopify, Fiftify, etc.). We don’t control their content and bear no responsibility for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes are resolved under Ukrainian legislation.
Changes
